is. >> when it comes to johnny, the dude does it all. check out the video, sky diver, base jumper, mountain bike rider. recently he was attempting a base jump in alberta, canada, on a high-level bridge. suddenly we see johnny with a helmet cam walking up to the ledge. you see just how high up he really is. then, boom, he's off. chute comes out, apparently 311 feet in the air. he's plummeting down back to earth. here is the thing. this happened on saturday. on sunday, johnny was issued a ticket for $278 for trespassing. this extreme athlete is joining us "right this minute" with his down to film t-shirt. first off are you mad about this ticket and did you know you were going to get it in the first place? >> i'm not mad whatsoever. i went into this jump knowing

that, you know, it was illegal and it was going to be frowned upon. luckily i know the police officers in my hometown. they actually called me up on my cell. they are like, johnny, did you jump off the bridge yesterday. i said, yes. i invited them to my house and they came over and chatted there. >> that's awesome. they gave you a ticket and came over for tea. >> came over for tea and gave me my ticket. >> have you done this before? >> no. i had never jumped the bridge before. i knew it was probably going to be a one-time thing. i kind of touched on it in my press release as well. i know i'm a role model for kids and things like that, especially back home. the last thing i want to do is inspire criminal behavior. >> how did you feel that so many of your fans wanted to help with the cost of the ticket. >> i could not believe that. i found out that someone had started a group called johnny's

infraction. all these people wanted to pay the ticket. all that money is going to charity. i don't know which one but some youth charity. >> you said it was like a dream come true. how did it feel jump off the bridge. >> it's super unique. i've looked at it all my life. i was born and raised there. >> we're glad you're not locked up after this one. >> yeah, i appreciate that, man. scary situation on the russian railway system. not the roads this time. a train station near moscow. reports say a blind man fell off the platform and onto the tracks. luckily everybody reacted quickly enough and the conductor acted quickly enough to stop the train within inches of the man laying on the track. look at where the train is and look at where the man is on the tracks. he's clearly still clutching his cain. people aren't immediately jumping down. don't forget the electrofied

rail is down there. they have to conduct the rescue with caution. >> seems like we've seep a lot of video lately with people falling into tracks. you have to be careful around the platform because you can fall down there. we've seen it a few times. >> for him he has to rely on his cain to get where he's going. >> is he injured? >> beth, i don't know if he's injured or not. he does appear to be moving quickly. he may have gotten bruised or injured from the fall. >> i'm sure he's in shock. >> they could also be telling him to be careful, don't move, because of the third electrofied rail. here is the second video. you see the man get rescued by what appears to be an official. he stands up with the assistance of a man in the jacket. the guy grabs the cain and they walk him off. he seems to be okay. >> if he can't see, i wonder if he realized how close the train was to him. >> very close call. we have an update on this

story we brought to our viewers back in december about this cavity search on the side of a freeway in texas. the officer has pulled this car over because she saw the passenger throwing cigarette bu butts out the window. he suspected marijuana, smelled it. >> you're telling me there's no marijuana in the car. >> he decided he would do a search of the car, not just the car but the two women in the car, angel and ashley dobbs. >> he got his female passenger to do a cavity search. >> on the side of the road in plain view. >> both women felt like they had been sexually assaulted by these officers who back in december had filed a lawsuit against the two officers and also the department of public safety. >> i was totally violated over there a few minutes ago. >> i had a finger in my [ bleep ] and in my [ bleep ].

pay close attention to this guy getting in the silver car. you see him get in. he turns on the headlights and backs out of this space. watch what happens next. >> you've got to be kidding. looks like he pulled it down. >> it was incredible timing. this is a two-story leopard tree which goes almost all the way across the road in an area you could see just moments before was heavily trafficked by people on foot and by people in cars. both cars parked in those parking spaces pulled away, this one just seconds before the tree fell. that guy doesn't want any pictures of that car. >> what? he attacked the photographer. this guy is an idiot. >> see why the driver is going after the photographer next. look what's coming up on video. >> it's pretty spectacular. >> the universe is incredible. you're on timeout leo!

ones that have problems with the paparazzi. our do, too. what is that? a developmental volvo, xe-40 in camouflage. they frequently camouflage the cars when testing them so people don't get a picture of what the car will look like. the engineer driving this volvo doesn't like the idea of being photographed. >> what's your problem? >> what? >> he attacks the photographer. this guy is an idiot. dude, you're driving around a car that looks ridiculous like this and you're going to get mad because somebody is taking a picture of you. >> it's a video, dude. >> in what world is that camouflage. >> exactly. >> if he was maybing hanging out in a big old herd of zebras. >> or tim burton film.

i'm about to show you the sweetest rescue on the arkansas river. you've got three tugboat workers trying to rescue a dog. this dog was stuck in the river. this is in oklahoma. it was stuck on some vegetation. according to the rescuers, they said if they didn't help this dog, he wouldn't have had any hope. he wouldn't have been able to make it to shore. >> tip over, you lean the other way. >> they went out and got him. the dog was like, let me help
